I received what I believed was a questionable DUI. This opinion was reinforced by the arresting officer, who suggested I argue against the DUI, and the case was later rejected by the courts. However, I still had to deal with the DMV, and this is where Mark and his expertise came in and won me the cas...e. The DMV approaches this in a much more black and white fashion, and Mark was able to gather the evidence needed to prove that there were errors within the process. He successfully argued my case with the DMV and I was fortunate enough to become part of a small percentage of people who had the case set aside. Other lawyers insisted this could not be done. Obviously, it could, and Mark Blair was the one who did it. He kept me in the loop, was very detailed and responsive, and was always respectful and honest, which was much appreciated. HIGHLY recommended!

He is very professional and gives you an honest opinion of your case. No sugar coating of what to expect and then delivers it. He has a fantastic staff who are knowledgeable and guide you through the process. Mark will keep you updated with all the information of the case progress through emails and is very thorough. Mark did a great job with my case from start to finish. I had taken ambien and rear ended one vehicle before hitting another one that was parked. I was arrested and spilled my guts to the cops. The case was further complicated by the fact that two days later I was offered a promotion and took a jo...b in MA. Mark did a great job of representing me and ensuring that the charge remained a misdemeanor (this kept me up nights because a felony would have resulted in my termination and made 8 years of college basically worthless). My sentence was light and Mark assisted me in getting things squared away with California while I was living on the other side of the US. Mark takes a no-nonsense approach to things and I really appreciated that. I spoke with a couple of other DUI attorneys before locating Mark and they had ridiculously high rates and seemed preoccupied with "closing the sale" as opposed to listening to my concerns.
