I recently moved up to the Northern California area with already 1 DUI offense. For those of you familiar with how the legal systems works, a second DUI offense is harsh to say the least not too mention the court systems are very very srict when it comes to punishment. After knowing nobody up here a...nd not a ton of money to work with I figured I would look on Yelp and get the highest rated attorney who was reasonably priced, Mark was my guy. Throughout the entire process leading up to my case his responsiveness was beyond excellent and so was Wilber's (marks assistant). I knew I was dead in the water being as though this was my second offense but for some reason Mark kept me confident and at ease. To make a long story short Mark was able to get my second DUI offense reduced to a wet and reckless and save me thousands of dollars. I was beyond excited and grateful. You would be nuts to go with a different attorney. Mark genuinely cares about the people he works with and I feel as though I will forever be in debt with him!

I was facing possible jail time 30 days in the county jail after my dui and I couldn't of ask for a better lawyer to handle my case. Mark got it knock down to 5 days community service and 3 years unsupervised probation. Retaining Mark as my DUI Attorney was the smartest decision I could have made. I won't go in to all of the nasty details, but I will tell you this was my first offense with a BAC of .22 AND a hit and run charge. I was absolutely terrified and had no idea what to do.
