Mark did an excellent job with my case. He was well prepared and ready to tear the DA's case wide open. He noticed that they did not call an expert witness to testify that my blood was drawn in a "medically approved manor." However, the judge allowed the DA to re-open his witnesses and sided with the... DA based on the non-professional opinions of a police officer and convicted me. Mark realized on the spot that I had grounds for an appeal and recommended an excellent appeal lawyer. I ended up winning my appeal on the same grounds that Mark had suggested the case be dismissed. He should have won in the first place and was still able to make a good recommendation that allowed for me to be treated justly by the system.
