I recently really messed up. I got a second DUI with an accident and a BAC of .29 while still on probabtion for my first one. I don't know how he did it but my penalties were less than my f...irst DUI (except for the 18 month DUI program and loss of license, but I don't believe there was anything that could have been done about that).
