This was my first arrest for DUI charges. Before and after being retained he was able to describe the process in detail to me. Since the first day he was responsive to emails and phone calls he usually got back to me the same day. I was pleased that it was drop to a wet and reckless with no jail time... or community service. I got the best plea deal out of everyone in my hearing that had to pay double the fine amount, had jail time, and community service. I am very thankful I had found Mark Blair. I spoke to another individual that was also charged with a DUI and to my surprise his plea deal was horrible and he paid his lawyer $1,000 more. Worth every penny what you pay him saves you in fines in the long run. I saved myself about $900 in fines.

I don't do reviews often, unless I feel like I either received the absolute worse treatment or the absolute best treatment. As a client of Mr. Blair, I'm happy to say that I received the absolute best treatment anyone charged with a DUI can ask for. I did what most of you who get released from an ...arrest for a DUI - searched online frantically for an attorney to receive the best possible outcome of my case. I remember going on my phone as soon as I received it when I was released from the "drunk tank" on a Sunday morning. I searched "DUI attorney" and was bombarded with an endless list of names. On this website that helps you find local attorneys, I put down my information and waited for someone, anyone, to contact me. A total of four attorneys contacted me within the hour, Mr. Blair being one of them. What made him stand out was not only his professionalism, the time he has been dealing with cases like these, and the fact that his practice is DUI and DUI only, but also his ambition to get to work right away and help me. It is my first “criminal” offense, first DUI charge, first arrest, first time being in custody, and first for anything to go on my record. I know that it’s a mistake I will NOT make again.
