My wife and I are so pleased that we found Elizabeth's firm. The details she put into our trust make my parents' and my in-laws' trusts look like postcards. She walked us through everything and helped us navigate some of the difficult issues regarding end-of-life planning. The trust not only includes... our wishes but also instructions and supporting law citations for a trustee should my wife and I be incapacitated. This was so much more than what we had when our parents passed. After the trust was done, reviewed, signed and notarized, she followed up a couple weeks later to make sure we were working off the list of things we needed to do to transfer assets into the trust. She's warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We had been told some things by my in-laws' lawyer that it turns out were incorrect. Elizabeth was able to set us straight and help us move forward.

I would highly recommend Ms. Johnson for estate planning. I engaged her for establishing a will, revocable trust and a health care directive. Ms. Johnson was very knowable in all areas of estate planning and explained things clearly and offered alternatives based on my current circumstances - she mad...e it easy to understand for non-lawyer folks. I especially was impressed that she coordinated and lead the efforts to work with several local government agencies in California and Hawaii to transfer property titles into the established trust. Ms. Johnson also outlined the next steps I needed to take to ensure my family members knew what to do upon my passing away. The binder she created will help my family understand how to avoid probate and process my estate without too much problems. Again she did a great job at a reasonable fee.

Elizabeth was awesome to work with. At the time we started communicating my wife was beginning to show early signs of Dementia. This slowed things up but Elizabeth was very thorough about having everything in place so that we could precede quickly. Was able to get Power of Attorney in place to be abl...e to take care of all of my wife medical and financial needs. Access to accounts in her name only such as retirement account with Calpers. Once everything is completed you will have peace of mind knowing you chose the right Attorney for your needs.
