Hope I never need him again...but he's staying in my phonebook just in case.

When I was arrested for my DUI, the first thing I did when I got home was to start calling lawyers specializing in DUI cases. Of the offices I called, a couple mentioned Aaron in passing becuase he had recently won a particularly difficult case with the city of San Francisco. After hearing this, I ...called Aaron back and set up an appointment. Aaron was very knowledgeable and personable. He put a lot of my fears and ease and talked my through a lot of my angst over what the process was, what I could expect and what I should do. He walked me through the best and worst case scenarios as well some more likely scenarios (neither best or worst case). He seemed especially knowledgable on the science side of things (toxicology, blood work, etc). Aaron was a busy guy throughout the case but was always prompt to respond to emails. In the end, Aaron won my criminal case and my DMV hearing. I hope I don't need him again....but he will stay in my phonebook, just in case.

Expensive and not worth the extra money.

Aaron is a great guys guy. He talks the talk about how is knows everyone and DA comes to him for advice. He was initially very responsive but after a couple of months didn't even bother to respond to my emails. He does have the experience and looks the part but I'm not sure he is worth the extra t...hat he charges, I'm not sure if its even worth getting a DUI lawyer in the first place. if you can get the public defender, please do as they will probably do the same job for free. He was not able to get my sentence reduced by even a single day. He'll do the basics and show up on time so you won't be alone in the court, but if you don't need that hand holding than I would rather skip a lawyer, I guess even if you do need some hand holding there are a lot more available for a lot less.
