You hit on a big point - we don't like to sugarcoat things. When you get a Strike 3 ISP subpoena, it is a serious matter that needs to be taken very seriously and handled by an experienced professional. We tell it like it is. We don't make false unrealistic promises to try to get your business. My brother once told me years ago, that people respect you for telling them what they don't want to hear.
