Thank you for the review. Pro bono services is something we take serious here at Vondran Legal®. While the California State bar does not "require" it, we feel this is a professional obligation where we find that (rare) case that "checks all the boxes." Thanks for the nice words. Yes, we typically work weekends and will call you back on Saturdays and even Sundays. We understand it is no fun to be dealing with a serious legal issue so we take pride in getting right back to our clients and potential clients to help address their questions, needs and concerns. I agree, the only way to stop the "Strike 3 Holdings" train of lawsuits being filed in federal courts in California and other states is to educate others. In the unfortunate event you get a notice of subpoena from your ISP (setting a deadline to challenge or object), call us to discuss.
