Extremely grateful for Steve and Lisa

First of all, if by some miracle you’re reading this and you haven’t been notified of an infringement, please take my advice and DO NOT download illegal copy written material. It will catch up with you. Trust me. I was served with a notice of discovery, and I am so glad I contacted Steve before it... got too far down the line. He was able to guide me through the process of settlement and negotiated aggressively on my behalf towards a settlement I could afford. Communication is simple and direct, and Lisa (Steve’s wife and co-worker) did a phenomenal job of calming my nerves and giving me realistic expectations of what would happen. If you’re on the wrong end of this, as I was, I cannot recommend Vondran Law highly enough. Let them help you, and then, like me, learn your lesson and move on with your life.

I agree, the only way to stop the "Strike 3 Holdings" train of lawsuits being filed in federal courts in California and other states is to educate others. Got hit with copyright infringement? Hire Steve!

We first received a letter from our ISP stating that our IP address showed signs of copyright infringement. Then we received an email from Harness Dickey with a letter of copyright infringement over the use of software produced by Dassault Systeme. It was until that moment that we realized we were in... quite a predicament. We knew that going in solo against Harness Dickey would be a BIG mistake and could lead to doing more harm than good. We decided that we needed to “lawyer up” and hire a lawyer whose expertise is in this area. A quick Google search led us to Steve’s YouTube video discussing our exact situation. We knew that we had to call. We contacted Steve’s team and described our situation to them. Steve and his team helped us out every single step of the way. Now, about a month after initially contacting Steve, we received the great news that the infringement case was settled. Thank you for the review. There are many software companies (even during a global health crisis as we are facing) that will continue to enforce their EULA's and go after alleged infringers. Sometimes they are operating on the correct information, and sometimes not. We have helped hundreds of clients over the year respond to copyright infringement allegations (ex. over-installing software or using pirated software, crack codes, key generators, etc.) and have helped successfully navigate software audit, software litigation (ex. DMCA 1202 ant-circumvention claims), and other software related disputes. There are not many attorneys or law firms who have the breadth of experience dealing with many of the large software publishers (such as Adobe, Microsoft, Siemens, Vero, Solidworks, Autodesk and others, including the main trade association The Software Alliance (in Washington D.C.). This is not an area of law for new law grads or "rookies" in the copyright software infringement space. In fact, many times we are engaged by corporate counsel. Hire Steve

Steve and Lisa make a great team and you could not be in better hands. Got a Strike 3 subpoena and I was panicking because I didn't know what I had done. Getting yelled at by your family is no fun and very stressful. Turns out it was the renters who were misbehaving. Steve was able to negotiate a ver...y reasonable settlement with Strike 3 and make the family happy. Hire him and his team because to do anything else and ignore a subpoena might get you in Federal court with the big boys. Plus who wants to be in the dog house.

Worthy of a five star review

I recently engaged Steve as an attorney to handle a case with strike 3 holdings. He was professional, responsive, quick and easy to deal with. Once he started the process, I felt I was in good hands, his advice was sound and I felt comfortable during the whole process. I hope I don't have to hire an ...attorney again in the future, but if I do need one, I would not hesitate to hire Steve again. In addition, I also found his youtube videos very informative, and understandable - which is rare when it comes to the law.
