Helpful, fair, knowledgeable with software licensing issues

Steve was beyond helpful in advising me on my company's possible issues regarding software licensing. He clearly knows his stuff. Though I hope to not need him in the future, he is absolutely our company's go-to, in any software or similar IP case going forward. And his youtube content is excellent, ...both in terms of usefulness and detail.

Very knowledgeable and great to work with!

After getting a letter from the legal council of a large company (whose name rhymes with Bot-O-Desk), we were worried about the potential costs and time that this case would consume. Steve was great in talking us through the problem, and recommending and executing a settlement agreement with the o...ther side. I had considered a few different lawyers, and had ultimately chosen Steve as he was extremely knowledgeable, and knew our opposition (and even the specific lawyer who had written to us) very well. The case was dealt with swiftly and thoroughly. I'd highly recommend working with him!

Excellent attorney who resolved my BRE case after an audit

I had a random BRE audit and needed consultation. I hired Steve Vondram for a reasonable fee and he walked me through the audit process and steps I needed to take to clear some serious violations. He was able to answer every question I had and helped reduce the stress of the situation. The BRE filed ...an accusation, but Steve was able to settle without a formal hearing and I was able to keep my real estate license. I learned important expensive lessons from the BRE audit, but am grateful to Steve who was able to allow my business continue. I highly recommend Steve to help with your BRE audit or accusation.
