Great team - Steve is the one you are looking for

Steve V. and Lisa where amazing. They guided me through the process of dealing with the Strike 3 folks and the outcome was very favorable. They where there to help, not to judge or question, this made me feel at ease in the middle of an uncomfortable and stressful situation. They listened to my det...ails and crafted a strategy to facilitate the desired outcome. They where clear, friendly and timely with all their communications. From the initial reply to my phone message to the last email. It was clear to me that Steve and team where super knowledgeable regarding this specific field and I was really glad to contact them. Steve was as passionate about my case as he is on his videos. The real deal! (Do watch his videos to get a good handle of the situation so that you can get to a good resolution faster). Wow, thank you for the nice comments! You nailed it, we are not here to JUDGE we are here to prevent you from having so SEE THE JUDGE. We work hard to settle cases like Strike 3 Holdings, LLC file sharing cases for the lowest possible amount, and with anonymity. There can be a lot of moving parts in these cases (such as ISP release dates and amended complaints), but we really enjoy helping our clients get past these issues with as little amount of effort on their part. Experience and Skill is Everything

I retained Steve and Lisa after receiving a notice from my ISP that there has been alleged copyright infringement through downloading at my address. I found Steve’s videos online and was impressed by his willingness to share his knowledge and give me a clear idea of what I was dealing with. He handle...d my case for one flat fee and made it clear what services were included. There were never any surprise fees. I felt really fortunate that I found him after wading through all the online choices. He and Lisa were professional and knowledgeable and kept me fully informed about my options throughout my case. They are the best!

If you are being sued by Strike 3 holdings, do yourself a favor and hire Steve. He was able to get an amazing settlement for us in about a week. The initial settlement offer by Strike 3 holdings was a price of a new mid sized sedan, but Steve worked his magic and secured a amazing settlement. Prob...ably, saved us from being bankrupt. I called and talked to many other lawyers before going with Steve and I'm very happy I made the right decision to go with Steve. He is very professional, a great listener, and an amazing lawyer. Thank you so much for your input. You just hit on one thing that is VERY IMPORTANT - we LISTEN -. Many lawyers are known for "talking" and preaching and pontificating. We don't have time for all that. We like to know our clients, and know what's on their mind, what their needs and concerns are and we can go from there. Strike 3 Relief & Peace of Mind

I received a notice in the mail from my internet service provider notifying me that my personal information was being subpoenaed by a company called Strike 3 Holdings. Strike 3 filed this in a Florida court (I live in CA) and I only had about a business week to decide what to do before my ISP had t...o turn over my info. I immediately went into panic mode and searched the web. You will find many ISP defense lawyers (I called many) but Steve was the only one willing to speak to me right away and to a great extent. He took great care in talking me down and explaining to me what my rights were. Strike 3 is a notoriously shady company (AKA troll company) with questionable tactics. The cases they filed in Florida which my IP address unfortunately was included in, are their most shady yet (from what I have learned). Steve helped me decide that finding a Florida lawyer to file a Motion to Quash and protect my information was the best remedy available (Steve does not practice in Florida, therefore he could not do this for me). Steve helped me vet the lawyer that I found and furthermore he actually communicated and coordinated with my Florida lawyer to help bolster my Motion. I received news last night that Strike 3 dismissed their case in response to my Motion to Quash. If I had the option to hire Steve I absolutely would have. He took a great amount of care and interest in my case and had no obligation to do so. I have no doubt in my mind that if you are in this situation Steve has your best interests in mind and is extremely knowledgeable in these cases.
