I received a notice from my ISP that Strike 3 LLC tried to obtain my information. Steve addressed all my concerns and explained how he would proceed in the first call. You are welcome! Yes, that is a common occurrence in a BitTorrent litigation case with Strike 3 Holdings as Plaintiff, they are ALWAYS trying to uncover your name and address. They want to know who you are, where you work and get a sense of how much money you make (in my opinion). This can factor into what the final settlement amount might be. At times, we can safeguard this information and keep things private, in other cases involving a financial hardship, we may have to turn this over to get a better deal. Amazing Care

When I received the letter from Strike Holding 3 of asking ISP to provide my information, I was completely puzzled and scared. After searching for several law firms that have dealt with this plaintiff, Lisa reached back out and gave me a quick call the earliest; and it was on the weekend as well. Extremely grateful for Steve and Lisa

First of all, if by some miracle you’re reading this and you haven’t been notified of an infringement, please take my advice and DO NOT download illegal copy written material. It will catch up with you. Trust me. I was served with a notice of discovery, and I am so glad I contacted Steve before it... got too far down the line. He was able to guide me through the process of settlement and negotiated aggressively on my behalf towards a settlement I could afford. Communication is simple and direct, and Lisa (Steve’s wife and co-worker) did a phenomenal job of calming my nerves and giving me realistic expectations of what would happen. Worthy of a five star review

I recently engaged Steve as an attorney to handle a case with strike 3 holdings. He was professional, responsive, quick and easy to deal with. Once he started the process, I felt I was in good hands, his advice was sound and I felt comfortable during the whole process. I hope I don't have to hire an ...attorney again in the future, but if I do need one, I would not hesitate to hire Steve again. Quick Results!

After receiving a subpoena letter from Strike 3 Holdings, LLC via my ISP for some piracy issues, I scoured the internet to see what was the best course of action while remaining discreet. After digging through the horror stories, I came across Steve and his website and Youtube (I highly recommend che...cking out the videos!) which outlined his extensive knowledge of these specific suits. I reached out and was immediately greeted by Lisa who outlined our game plan and best course of action. After all said and done, Steve and Lisa were able to exceed my expectations and we settled with Strike 3 Holdings, LLC very shortly after with an outcome I was pleased with.
