Steve did a Awesome Job to Clear out my Wife Picture that was infringed in Facebook

My case was quite different from other real estate cases as I was heard that Steve does take more real estate cases. My wife picture was infringed in Facebook and after numerous search on the net I found Steve who also looks into such type of cases. With little hesitant I contacted his office whether... he would accept my case as I have seen most cases he took were property related. But to my surprise, he took the case immediately and inquired/collected all the details from me. I was very comfortable asking as many questions as I have to him as well as his assistant Lisa. They both were answering all my questions and responded to my e-mail immediately without any delay. Now finally my case was resolved with just a legal demand letter to Facebook to remove the infringed picture of my wife from Facebook. I am glad that I contacted Steve and he made sure that the case is resolved easily. Thanks a lot Steve and Lisa for helping us out!! Will definitely contact Steve in future in case I run into some legal issues.

Steve is Good! I won without any problems.

Steve helped me win my small claims case. I listened to him on YouTube and his advice was excellent! I live in Columbus, Ohio and I had to take my friend to court because she wouldn't return my brand new expensive dress as I promised. I didn't have a receipt, but with the advice Steve gave me on Yo...uTube it worked. He quoted, " Act and Think like a lawyer. Use lawyer terminology. Be on time, dress real well, rehearse what you going to say, and be well prepared, don't say nothing if the Judge is ruling in your favor. It worked! Thank You, Steve Vondran! I love you! xoxo

Honest, trustworthy, tough & ethical lawyer, a truly rare gem

He took my case when no one else would, 5 attorneys turned me down, saying I could not win, ethics were on my side, but the law was not. A friend read about Steve in the SF Chronicle and told me to call him. Steve felt differently, he said what the financial institution did was wrong and he would fig...ht for me, he couldn't promise we'd win because the law really wasn't on my side, but he'd give it his full effort. He and Lisa did indeed and in the end, I got a fair settlement. It took time, but I had someone on my side working hard to help me. It was much more than I had hoped for after being turned down so many times. He works hard for his clients and doesn't give up. He's not afraid of the giant, high powered, arrogant law firms that represent the large financial institutions and he's beating them. I thought his fees were fair, not cheap, but less expensive than many other lawyers. Not only did I think he was a great lawyer, but an honest, ethical person, not something one can say about most lawyers.

Effective and Honest

Steve Vondran is now our attorney of record for all our real estate and business matters. He became our attorney in 2010 when he took a case of ours that other attorneys would not touch and said was hopeless. He took a very complicated case against a big bank and brought us through it to the best pos...sible conclusion. He fee structure is more than fair and what I value most about Steve is he will give you his honest opinion regarding your case. Even if that opinion is to stop fighting. He will not string you along just to line his own pocket. He is an honorable man. Consequently, he is now my "go to guy" with all my legal matters. I highly recommend him.
