Mike Silveira is a very competent lawyer. He is skilled at managing the entire process of getting a traffic ticket dismissed. Allegedly I had committed one of those heinous crimes (<5mph trips through a red light turning right, when not stopping completely, with no pedestrians/cars/anything in view) ...and got hauled in by a Redwood City Motorcycle Cop. I wonder how many criminals this guy has apprehend in his career .. likely very few if any. I called Mike and he took care if it promptly. I had a bad luck of not watching my speed closely and received a second citation within 6 months from a CA Highway Patrol officer. Which meant not only a large fine but extra negative points.
