I hired Mr. Silveira's firm to help me fight a straightforward speeding ticket. I believe it was over-called and I have a clean record, so based on what I read about this firm I thought this would be an easy successful reduction or dismissal. I never spoke to Mr. Silveira directly, though his paraleg...al was very responsive and professional and responded to emails quickly which was appreciated. I was asked to email the details of my case, which I did. My case was lost unfortunately so I paid a $300+ fee to obtain the same outcome I would have achieved without hiring him. I am not sure statistically if this is just bound to happen and I was the unlucky one, or if this is a reflection of his practice. In retrospect, I wish I had taken more time to discuss with Mr. Silveira or someone from the firm the details of my case before proceeding, as well as the likelihood of success and potential outcomes before paying.
