Expert support for potential litigious issue

Michael Cardoza assisted me with a situation where a less than reputable car rental firm attempted to charge me for damages to a car that pre-existed before the rental. Mr. Cardoza immediately engaged the car rental agency, along with a collections agency that was asked by the rental firm to apply p...ressure to get me to pay. Within 48 hours of written notification by Mr. Cardoza regarding his involvement in this issue, along with his request for discoverable information, the car agency and the collections agency immediately withdrew their claims. His professionalism and immediate, responsive actions made this potential problem disappear without further trouble. I would highly recommend Mr. Cardoza to any and all potential clients; his easy demeanor in talking with customers, his breadth and depth of legal knowledge, and his passion for rectifying issues make him an ideal counsel.
