Stress free experience

I received scary phone calls from a debt collector threating to sue me. In a panic I decided to turn to the internet for help and was pointed into the direction of Mr.Cardoza. After filling out an online consultation, Mr.Cardoza called me quickly and was ready to listen to everything I had to say. Hi...m and his team gathered all the info on my case and helped quickly and diligently. They were always quick to respond to questions, keep me up to date on the case,and to keep the case moving forward. Mike was able to get the deb collectors off my back and got them to settle!! This expierence was as stress free as a scary situation like this can be. I don’t regret working with Mr.Cardoza at all and would recommend his law office to anyone and everyone. I can’t rave about Mr.Cardoza enough, he was so kind and genuine.

Outstanding! Sincere, Knowledgeable, Experienced!

I was being unjustly forced into foreclosure by a huge mortgage corporation despite my not having missed any payments on my home in over 10 years. I could not get hold of anybody at Ocwen (in the USA). I was being harassed daily by the mortgage company who threatened to foreclose upon my home and al...so am reeling from Ocwen destroying my credit (taking it from 800 to 600 literally overnight). I had nowhere to turn and could not fight the destructive machine that is Ocwen. I reached out to Mike and he listened, he explained the system, he spent a long time carefully reviewing all of my documentation and evidence and built a very strong case against Ocwen. As he could not represent me out of state, he referred me to an equally reputable attorney in my home state, and remained as co-counsel. I felt a weight lifting from my shoulders after months and months of unbearable stress, frustration and fear. I am just one of thousands of Ocwen victims, but I know Mike has the experience to get me through this nightmare. I would highly recommend him to all.

Best Lawyer I ever worked with

I was being harassed by a collection agency that was billing me inaccurately by thousands of dollars. I reached out to many Lawyers, but they all advised me to file for bankruptcy as a method to fight my case. Good friend of mine recommended him. Mr. Cardoza took the time to listen to my case. His... wealth of knowledge and experience led not only to the settlement of my case, but he was also able to identify that the collection agency had indeed violated the law with there method of practice.

Great Experience - Highly Recommended

We had an extremely positive experience with Mr. Cardoza and would recommend him without reservation. My wife and I contacted Mike regarding a debt collection issue that was causing us a significant amount of stress. Mike was extremely sympathetic to our situation and definitely seemed to care ab...out what was happening to us. More importantly, he also listened closely and asked a lot of probing questions to better understand the case – it became clear that he wanted to understand every aspect in detail and gave us clear and unbiased feedback… both when circumstances were and were not in our favor. Additionally, he made it pretty easy to work with him. Mike was extremely responsive by both email and phone, and his website had a number of options that allowed us to provide documentation and exchange information very easily. Finally – and to his great credit – Mike stood by us even when our case became much less financially attractive to him personally (it became apparent that the agency we were dealing with was largely insolvent). He continued to press on our behalf, and followed up even after the case itself was settled to ensure that everything was fully resolved. This is definitely something that not all attorneys would do, and it speaks highly of his ethical standards and professionalism. To sum up, we very much appreciated the chance to work with Mike and would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone in need of these skills.

Got me way more than I expected!

When I went to Mike Cardoza, I knew that something was going wrong but I had no idea that he would be able to help me get into the power position so quickly and effectively! As soon as he came on board, everything changed and I ended up not only solving my problem, but getting to a way better place t...han before it all happened. My whole life has changed - seriously. Thanks Mike!
