Subject Matter Expert - Debt Collection

Mike is a diamond in the rough within the world of lawyers. We had a 30 minute consultation that turned into almost 2 hours. We explored every possible situation and he took the time to ask every question he could in order to assess all my options. We went through my credit report and even looked... up my case thorough the courts online database. In the end he told me my best shot would be to try and settle directly and told me what techniques to use and ranges to expect. He absolutely could have charged me to do so but instead advised me on how to do it myself. If you’re considering hiring help, you can’t go wrong with Mike. All that being said, if he doesn’t win your case, he won’t charge you for his time. No risk involved here.

Long v Ditech

Mike was a very attentive attorney. I could not have been happier with his involvement in my case. He was supportive, he was very aggressive in handling my case, he provided me immediate assistance whenever issues arose that involved my case. Mike was always available for me by phone. I never wai...ted more than 15 minutes for Mike to call me back and he always resolved the issue I was calling about. My satisfaction with Mike is without reservation or regret. He was a good choice for me and I very much recommend him. I was very pleased with the representation I received from the firms associated with Mike. I will make one recommendation for all of the firms and that would be to be a little more transparent is costs that are passed on the the client. It is far easier to explain them as they occur rather than the full frontal the client experiences when the bill is presented. It would have been well received in my case to have been able to understand and if possible mitigate those expenses.

Mike was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and took an interest in learning the facts of my case before he made an assessment. He was willing to take the time to listen with an open mind. An excellent lawyer

Not only Mr. Cardoza is a very well informed lawyer, he is also a great person. He cares deeply about his clients and gives detailed advise and goes out of his way to help - I was amazed how much of his valuable time was spent in helping me, every step of the way, in a rather complex legal motion, as... so many lawyers did not think I should proceed with it.
