Dr. Zinman is a one of a kind, the hardest working attorney in the industry.

Dr. Zinman represented me in a dental malpractice case when no other attorney in my state would. He is not only a top notch attorney but also one who truely cares about his clients and the harm that was done to them. He ALWAYS had my best interest at heart and his fee was NEVER a part of his concer...n. He will always answer your questions (there is no big black hole like with many others), he'll keep you informed and will allow you to make decisions based upon his legal guidance. I don't think more than a handful of days (in over 2 years) ever went by that I didn't hear from him, including weekends. To me, he has forever negated the stereotype of what the public thinks of attorneys. I could not have found a more qualified, more compassionate attorney or friend. I didn't realize how well connected and respected he was until the day I went to my state dental school with him and saw students and faculty tripping all over themselves to meet him! That was when I realized that he is not just any attorney who takes dental malpractice cases but instead a well respected dentist who is also a well respected attorney. As it was recently said in a prominent dental publication, "The last thing you ever want to get is a subpoena from Edwin Zinman". I second that. I am priviledged to have had him on my side and to be able to consider him a friend. His entire staff is as professional and caring as he. They just don't come any better.

In dental malpractice, there may be no finer attorney. But be forewarned: malpractice defense is backed by deep pocket insurance firms who will wear you down and bleed you dry, causing you to begin to wonder about justice. It does not matter how much you've been damaged or how many times your doctor ...lied to you. Insurance-backed defense is obscene. Ed Zinman is both dentist and lawyer and if there is a cause of action, he's tops. Make sure he discloses REAL expenses up front, as the hiring of experts will drain your bank account.

I have been talking to Mr. Zinman regarding my case for a few weeks now. Without going in to the lengthy, sordid, details of my case, I can truly say that Mr. Zinman is one of very few attornies who will actually listen to you and give back intelligent, logical, feedback. Rare? I have found them almo...st impossible to find anywhere. Almost impossible meaning I believe Mr. Zinman is in the 1/2 percent range of decent, ethical, and credible lawyers out there. From me - that's saying an awful lot! I'll spare you the details of what I think of attornies as a whole. Mr. Zinman is a rare breed. I am sorry that I have judged 110 percent of the legal profession from what I have run up against, and when first talking to Mr. Zinman thought he would be just one more of the same. I learned differently. Wow, did I learn differently! I recommend Mr. Zinman highly to anyone wishing to discuss the merits of their case - that is, if they want to talk to someone who will give them honest feedback. If it's the other you want, just toss a coin and dial the number...you'll pull one up faster than you can blink an eye. They are like flies on a dead carcass!
