I found Andrei on teh web, when I looked for translator of documents from Russian for INS. Andrei answered my email first, and gave me very risonable quote. I photografed and send him my documents in Russian by email, and received translations from Russian into English by email same week. I called An...drei's office, and asked to make some spelling changes in names in English to match our pasports, and he got back to me same day with corrected documents. Andrei said, that I didn't need notarized translations, and adviced to save ten dollars per notary signature. I was worried that Immigration would not accept unnotarized translations from Russian, but Immigration accepted translations with Andrei's certification.
