Probably the best russian immigration lawyer in San Francisco. I had a simple question to ask, and I called several immigration lawyers in San Francisco. Some didn't answer the phone, others wanted to charge from 100$ to 300$ just to meet and listen to me, yet others had a secretary on the phone, who... wasn't able to provide any information at all! Andrei picked up the phone on a saturday himself!!! He said that my question was simple and he didn't charge me his regular $100 consultation fee.
