My car accident occurred in December 2019 and my case concluded around mid-September 2020. Mid October I received my settlement. I was rear-ended at a red light. My outcome consisted of my insurance company covering the hospital medical bills and not seeking reimbursement, my health insurance covered... the remaining medical & hospital bills, and the insurance company settled on a pain & suffering amount. They kept me updated throughout the entire process at key milestone points. When we got to our first offer, they gave me their recommendation. I agreed with their recommendation and felt it was fair. They counter-offered with the at-fault insurance company. Eventually, we settled on an amount. I originally found them on Yelp and they were conveniently located where I used to work so this helped matters for me. I'm happy that they were there for me.
