Need a lawyer? Get this guy! My wife got into trouble and was begging me to bail her out. I ended up meeting a man who introduced me to Mark. The way that he presents himself lets you know that he knows the law and has been doing this for sometime. I hired him and that day he already went down to see... my wife in jail. He was her very first visitor. When I spoke to her after her visit with Mark she had calmed greatly and was convinced that I made the best decision for her. She was looking at 8 Felony counts against her. When her peliminary court date came up I was expecting a postponement so that Mark could go over her case in more detail seeing as how I hired him two days before her court date. I also expected to have my wife in jail for at least another two weeks due to the postponement. To our surprise and delight Mark got a deal with the D.A. where my wife was to serve 120 days of work release and 3 years of probation after her next court date. She was not given any jail time except for the 15 days that she served in county. At the same time Mark got my wife's $80,000 bail dropped down to release on her own record. That night I picked my wife up from Lerdo prison and her, my daughter, and myself could not be happier. That is not all though. We just came to visit Mark today, at his request, to go over the probation interview so that my wife got an idea of what to expect. He made her feel at ease because the interview was frightening her. He has done remarkable things for us and understood that sometimes good people find themselves in bad situations. He also has taken a lot of time to explain what is going on and what will go on with my wife's legal issues. I know nothing about the other side of the law and being able to understand it by someone who knows the legal system helped me out greatly. I think the last thing that I liked about Mark is that he was truly concerned for me and my daughter. He would go over the legal aspects of the case with me but after that he always made it a priority to make sure that my daughter and myself were alright. Although this ordeal was a horrible time in my family's life when my wife came out she was a different person- a person that is wonderful. If she was to stay in there any longer it may have changed her. So like I said, if you need an attorney I would strongly recommend this guy to you. It was the best decision that I could have made.

This is the guy to go to if you get into any trouble and your trying to get the less amount of time.I was charged with multiple DUI's, evading, and assault on a police officer. Ended up pleading no contest on DUI and evading but only had to do 18 days and 6 months house arrest instead of there 2 year...s deal they wanted to give me all thanks to mark. I felt like Mr. Raimondo really cared about getting the best outcome for my DUI. I had a lot of questions and Mark carefully listened to each of them and didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time, like some other attorney's made me feel after meeting with them. I didn't want expect a miracle,... but I know that I got the best deal that was available to me.
