I highly recommend Mark if you need to hire an attorney. I interviewed others for this work and I've employed attorneys in the past. Mark was straightforward and reasonable to talk to. He and his office were efficient and easy to reach. My case was a small thing but it was important to me. Don...'t be fooled into thinking that an attorney can guarantee a result. If they tell you that they're lying. Some of the one's I interviewed promised things. Mark didn't try to. The results he got for me were fair.

Mark is AMAZING, he is so devoted to his clients! I hired him to represent my misdeaminor case a couple of months ago and I honestly wish he did family law because he is such a trustworthy lawyer. Need a lawyer? Get this guy! My wife got into trouble and was begging me to bail her out. I ended up meeting a man who introduced me to Mark. The way that he presents himself lets you know that he knows the law and has been doing this for sometime. I hired him and that day he already went down to see... my wife in jail. He was her very first visitor. When I spoke to her after her visit with Mark she had calmed greatly and was convinced that I made the best decision for her. She was looking at 8 Felony counts against her. When her peliminary court date came up I was expecting a postponement so that Mark could go over her case in more detail seeing as how I hired him two days before her court date. I also expected to have my wife in jail for at least another two weeks due to the postponement. To our surprise and delight Mark got a deal with the D.A. where my wife was to serve 120 days of work release and 3 years of probation after her next court date. She was not given any jail time except for the 15 days that she served in county. At the same time Mark got my wife's $80,000 bail dropped down to release on her own record. That night I picked my wife up from Lerdo prison and her, my daughter, and myself could not be happier. That is not all though. We just came to visit Mark today, at his request, to go over the probation interview so that my wife got an idea of what to expect. He made her feel at ease because the interview was frightening her. He has done remarkable things for us and understood that sometimes good people find themselves in bad situations. He also has taken a lot of time to explain what is going on and what will go on with my wife's legal issues. I know nothing about the other side of the law and being able to understand it by someone who knows the legal system helped me out greatly. I think the last thing that I liked about Mark is that he was truly concerned for me and my daughter. He would go over the legal aspects of the case with me but after that he always made it a priority to make sure that my daughter and myself were alright. Although this ordeal was a horrible time in my family's life when my wife came out she was a different person- a person that is wonderful. If she was to stay in there any longer it may have changed her. So like I said, if you need an attorney I would strongly recommend this guy to you. It was the best decision that I could have made.
