Christopher Martens

I went in for a consultation after finding Christopher Marten on the web. Everyone in the office was so amazing and helpful. After speaking with Christopher about my cases it seemed like it was the right thing to do. So I hired him on to handle my cases I'm so glad I did that I'm satisfied with how t...hey have been handling my cases I highly recommend Christopher Marten attorney at law

Happy Ending

I would refer Christopher Martens to anyone. I was scared and confused about what was happening. He explained it every step of the way. He was able to get my charges reduced and with minor consequences. I am pleased I chose him to represent me and I would refer him to others in need of a lawyer.

A very great attorney

The first time in my life I've ever had to deal with the "justice system", I can guarantee its not what most of us think, its quite disheartening. The belief that you are presumed innocent until proven guilty is a falsehood, nor does the prosecution care about you, your family or the particular ci...rcumstance. Please believe me, they have a cut-and-dry agenda and it does not contain any consideration for you personally. I'm writing this not as a simple recommendation but to help another like myself that was scared and not sure what to do or who to call, my only hope is it will save someone else the heartache and worry I went through. There are so many attorneys out there and after being counselled by a few, even speaking with those recommended by friends I felt hopeless, they all seem to be similar to used car salesmen, take your money, make a deal regardless and move on, after searching I was blessed to find Chris, I am by no means wealthy, however you still pay for what you get, a bargain isnt really something you want to look for as it pertains to your freedom or livliehood. From the very first consultation, I felt immensely better about my chances, he is very knowledgable and he knows exactly how the system works, he WILL get you through it. Trust me, once you have been seated in a courtroom and watch other laywers and then the contrast of Mr. Marten you will understand the difference. His presence, demeanor and professionalism is quite evident and I cannot begin to tell you how proud that he was representing me. My case lasted almost a year, not once did he waiver or try to convince me to plead, on the contrary, the DA had come back with many offers, each one better than the last, they try to wear you down and you at times just want to cave so it will be over, Chris never accepted that, he was willing to take it to trial from the moment he first accepted my case! I wish I had read this post from someone else when I was looking, I was very fortunate to have found him, I'll never be able to convey my gratitude to him for what he's done for my children and I. God Bless

You're Still A Good Person

Mistakes are made, careless actions take place everyday. This doesn't mean your a bad person. I'm a hard working man with two jobs trying to get out of debt and live a better life. After a long stressful draining 16hr day I had a vodka cocktail right after work. I lived very close and me being a... bigger guy I thought one drink was ok. My coworker had asked me for a ride... long story short I was arrested for DUI. I hired Christopher Martens as my attorney. He made me feel comfortable. There was not one ounce of judgement in his eyes. I felt he saw the good person in me when I was disappointed and couldn't see it in myself. He was confident that I could reduce my DUI to a wet and reckless and he did just so. After settling my case, I feel like I have a second chance. This time not taking these situation so lightly and carefree. Thank you Christopher Martens.

Wrongly Accused

I'm not sure how to properly thank Christopher for taking my case and making me feel confident and comfortable when I needed it the most. He listened when I ranted. He heard my concerns when I was completely freaked out and was understanding to what I was going through. I'm a single Dad of three li...ttle kids who I sacrifice my world for and I was about to lose everything I had because someone had no regard for me as a person, parent or human being. I was falsely accused and prosecuted for a criminal offense that I never did nor happened. I woke up one August morning to find out I was being charged by Kings County and that I could face a year in jail, heavy fines and my life completely upended. I was appointed a public defender who I felt ; showed no empathy for my situation and already deemed me to face some sort of penalty just because "if the shoe fits". They had no evidence to support their case but went ahead and took five months of my life anyway... I felt robbed . Mr. Martens from day one was confident that a successful outcome would be the case and that's the only thing he would fight for.... We weren't excepting any pleas or Deal........ So... DISMISSED. For lack of evidence...... Thank You Mr. Martens and Staff!!! I can breath again. Even though my time with you was brief, my appreciation will last for life.... Sincerely, Brian
