My husband was a victim of mistaken identity and was up against 8 years in prison for a crime he didn't commit. Attorney Marten's successfully had the case dismissed. He is an extremely resourceful and respectable attorney. He is always available for discussion and his staff is quick to relay message...s. Anytime I left a message for with the staff, he was able to return my call that same day and I was never given the run around. The first time in my life I've ever had to deal with the "justice system", I can guarantee its not what most of us think, its quite disheartening. Christopher was very informative, knew a lot about the law and how to avoid losing my license. He helped me to get a minimum sentence for my DUI and not lose my license. I'm not sure how to properly thank Christopher for taking my case and making me feel confident and comfortable when I needed it the most. He listened when I ranted.
