2-15-2025 The poor reviews are correct. TERRIBLE service after you pay up front. Find someone else to actually represent you. They say they will only until they get your money. For even small dollars they are comfortable letting their reputation go south to ignore your calls, taking advantage of ...your desperation. Forget about them getting back to you. No information, no status, not in the office, no strategy. Empty air, missing money, plain bad service. To add insult to injury, a complete waste of time and effort. One of the positive reviews was by their staff member Morena Elias, that says something.

If you’re on here, it might be because you didn’t read one of these reviews before hiring Gary Saunders and are now checking to see if you’re alone in this situation. After speaking with the secretary, were you put on the phone with a with a very soft spoken, overtly gently voiced Gary Saunders?... Did Gary seem to have an abundance of empathy and compassion for your case? Did he act extremely interested in your case and possibly call about it even multiple times in one day to show his concern (and remind you to sign the fee agreement and send a direct deposit?) - if so, you’re not alone! Did Gary ask you to spend hours of your day uploading documents over an already emotionally stressful case, only to not respond to you for weeks or at all on the client portal? Did he then have his buddy Vasilli email you that they haven’t heard from you, blame shifting the lack of work on to you after hours of work you know you did? When you confronted them about checking your client portal (or not checking it), did your client portal account suddenly stop working and the password stop logging you in? If this is the case, you’re not alone! When you asked for a refund, were you initially offered 20%, and then asked to sign a form that dismissed them of liabilities if signed? You don’t have to fall for this trap. It seems like many of the people that hired Gary Saunders didn’t have the ability to file against him because of finances, etc. For anyone out there who has been robbed by this man, just know he finally scammed someone who retained an attorney to fully look into this. Feel free to message me if Gary has wronged you. I am also planning on filing against him with multiple Police Departments at my soonest convenience.

SAUNDERS LAW GROUP and his associates are extremely effective especially with the Mutual bank failure and related downstream problems. They are masters at their craft and incredible communicators when complicated issues arise. Mr. Gary and his team resolved all our cases successfully and don't know ...where we would be without them.

I never thought in 16 yrs we were facing eviction due to one month behind due to illness! Was never asked for $ up front at all he was so sweet I informed him of situation and he cosulted me on my rights first and the his suggestions answered every question in order very knowledgeable and then he informed me of wat there law firm specializes in and for a flat rate one time fee they could assist if I felt we needed help! I was adviced price it was are last dollar and accepted after being advised if anything could at least by time! So happy we accepted the offer! Garrett became a very good friend if I didn't understand a question he would explain it until I did he made sure I understood eat he was bringing to the table and wat the best decision would be! He always returned calls emails or made sure someone got back right away descriptive messages and yes of course I listened to him and he saved us our home of 16 years he's amazing not just as an attorney but a shoulder to cry on when r scared he listens to you! I extremely 100% recommend his firm they are not pushy extremely knowledgeable and not once ever ask for further money's if they can't assist! We are a struggling low income family and brought it to his colleagues attention and they were so very kind to work with us if we needed more assistance! Garrett and firm there not just about a paycheck they become a part of the family! Worked his hardest along with everyone and saved us from living in are car with child! We love and miss u guys and thank you for all of your hard work and after hours.
