After reading all the remarks, I am SO thankful that the judge in my child custody case chose Bettina Yanez as my children's court appointed attorney. When I first took my children to her office and she came out to call one of them in, she looked very mean and intimidating, so my first impression of... her was not nice, but when my youngest child came out from her office, she was smiling and very happy. When my second child (a teenager) came out, she was also smiling (which is unusual) and Ms Yanez ALSO came out with a smile, my impression of her totally changed. I paid for my own personal lawyer to represent my case, & just watching her professionalism and seeing how much she cared and invested in my children's needs made me wish I would have had someone of her caliber on my side too. I have had 3 lawyers in my life, & none compared to what I saw exemplified from her while representing my children. Bettina is second to none, & I promise you will be glad you chose her to represent you just like I am that she has been there for my children too.

I am going through a modification and while in the OC family court I observed attorney Yanez in action and was quite impressed. I then followed her and asked her for her contact information.
