I was arrested and waiting for the District Attorney filling a misdemeanor charge against me. When it came to the question about whether immigrants will be deported for my specific charge, he said I will not be deported for this type of charge. Then, I consulted an immigration lawyer for this same question. I got the answer that I will be deported. To make the final decision, I asked and verified the source document from Mr. Gurwitz. I think the reason I got different answers for this question is because lawyers normally have specialty in a specific field of law. Once outside that specific field, extra time and research are required to provide any legal advice. For my situation combining criminal law and immigration law, I am lucky to find Mr. Gurwitz who knows both fields. Just for knowing won't be deported, I feel it is worth the legal fee already. But not just that, once the legal system is starting to go against you, you need an experienced guide leading you outside the rapidly changing dangerous situation like a Sherpa guide is your best bet for climbing Mount Everest. After I retained Mr. Gurwitz, Mr. Gurwtiz started monitoring my case and  tried to stop the case from being filed by the prosecutor in the first place. The result is my case is not filed because of lack of evidence. And, even the arrest record will be deleted.
