Make the phone calls stop.

My issue was extremely small in the scheme of things. Mr Fitzgerald treated me with respect, was very knowledgeable. I found him to be a good listener who did not attempt to talk me in to a complicated solution to my simple problem. When it came to fee, he was extremely fair.
