From the very beginning, not only did he set up a plan, but he didn't try to scare me into anything. He was very honest, respectful, knowledgeable, straight forward, and his prices were very a...cceptable. He constantly checked in with me to keep me updated, and always kept a positive attitude when doing so. I had homework to do in order for Chris to build my case efficiently. Even though I wasn't able to get everything done right away, Chris was extremely patient and worked with me to get my case resolved.
