I was lucky enough to find Mr. McCann and cannot express how grateful I am that I did. I tried calling other firms, all were answering machines telling me someone would call me back "eventually". Not Chris, he answered his phone, took time to help me and that afternoon had documents in my inbox exp...laining my situation in detail and what he is able to do. Once I signed the retainer he went straight to work. He informed me everytime he was in court, filed paperwork and spoke with the judge. If I had a question he responded right away. There was a point when he said "Adam, here are your options... I am here to serve you and will do everything possible to achieve the outcome you want" . The outcome was better than expected and I am now in a position to move on with my life. Mr. McCann delivers and when he says he is going to do something he really does. Chris was by my side the entire time and was always available to give me his opinion and advice when I needed it the most. On September, 9th 2010 I was arrested and charged with a felony for receiving stolen property witch happened to be a gun. I stumbled upon Mr. McCann while online on Avvo.com after calling other lawyers who had sent me letters in the mail none of witch seemed at all truly concerned about me or my case.... When I first called Mr. McCann he was vary helpful and reassuring he even scheduled a free consultation with me the next day one day before my first court date. Upon arriving at Mr. McCann’s office I was immediately seen at the time we had disused on the phone. After explaining my case to him he assured me that he would do everything in his power to reach the outcome I desired it was not at all like talking to the other lawyers that I had called prier to Mr. McCann he was very knowledgeable and helpful, it was like he really cared about me an the outcome of my case. Mr. McCann immediately called the district attorneys office while in the consultation to see if any altercations had been made in my case, upon calling the district attorneys office we were notified that my case had been rejected due to lack of evidence. After we found out that my case was rejected we talked for about 30 more minutes he told me exactly what to do at court the next day to assure that the charges were rejected an there wouldn’t be any mix ups, he even gave me some free legal advice, keep in mind this was all in a free consultation. In closing I would just like to say that this guy is grate knowledgeable, helpful and caring its like he’s really on your side. I didn’t have to proceed with my case but if I did Mr. McCann was the man for the job. I highly recommend Mr. McCann to any one that’s in any kind of legal trouble.

Chris was great . He got me all the paperwork I neededpertainig to my criminal record so I could submit it to the board of Nursing and as a result I was able to ger my license. I would not have been able to do this on my own do to the fact I live in another state and it was so long ago. H e also made... sure my expungments were entered in the computer properly.He was very easy to get ahold of and always my calls in a timely manner and he was also very easy to talk to and took the time to explain everything tome which I really appreciated. I will definitlyuse him again in the future!!!!!!
