On September, 9th 2010 I was arrested and charged with a felony for receiving stolen property witch happened to be a gun. When I first called Mr. McCann he was vary helpful and reassuring he even scheduled a free consultation with me the next day one day before my first court date. Mr. McCann immediately called the district attorneys office while in the consultation to see if any altercations had been made in my case, upon calling the district attorneys office we were notified that my case had been rejected due to lack of evidence. After we found out that my case was rejected we talked for about 30 more minutes he told me exactly what to do at court the next day to assure that the charges were rejected an there wouldn’t be any mix ups, he even gave me some free legal advice, keep in mind this was all in a free consultation.
