Review of Franchise Agreement and FDD

Janet was very thorough and precise. She was able to provide me with the verbiage needed to make changes to our Franchise Agreement that would be beneficial to my business. Professional and Detailed

I consulted Janet Martin on understanding and defending myself on a Franchisee Agreement and Janet was detailed in getting into the FDD and gave me the much needed confidence in dealing with the Franchisor for current and any future issues that may crop up, particularly in California.

Solid advocate

Janet helped me review a Franchise Agreement and was both thorough and detailed. Although I was aware of many of the red flags, she pointed out new risks and offered context as to how to navigate. She also delivered on time, which is not always common in the legal field.
