I had heard of Avvo before so I thought I'd throw my question out and see what initial answer I could get and possbily hire one of those attorney's to handle my case. I picked Janet's response as the best answer because it was the most detailed reply and answered my question. In looking at Janet's p...rofile, I saw several reviews for her that were excellent and positive. She was a county over from me which was not important. I was looking for someone knowlegable, has the experiance I needed, positive reviews, and could get the job done. That was Janet. Her work was quick and she was real easy to get a hold of over the email and phone. Turnaround times were amazing and when I had a question, I could count on getting a reply right away. The asset sale constract was well written and covered all my needs as well as the protections I needed. Highly recommended and I will use her for future legal issues.

I posted a question on AVVO regarding franchise practices. Right from the beginning she looked up the state I was in and was very information specific. It wasn't a general response of what it should be, but a response that showed she researched before answering just a question. If Janet provided ...me with all of that information for a question, imagine what she is like on a case. I immediately knew she was the attorney I wanted for my case! She has followed up with me on a more than consistent basis...which is what I like. She pays attention to the small details that could easily be missed. She lays out the facts of the information that is presented to her and will give you a variety of options of which path you can take.
