Janet's approach was client-centric and efficient, properly balancing our 1 hour consultation between careful fact gathering/investigation with effective and sound legal advice. Never condescending, yet authoritative and confident, her personality is easy to work with from a client's perspective. She won't tell you what you may want to hear, but will definitely tell you what you may need to hear, and in a readily approachable manner. Her rates for her legal fees are fair, as well.
