If I can give it less than one star I would. DO NOT HIRE TOM AS YOUR LAWYER. He said all kinds of things and did none of them. I had to contact him constantly to find out the status of my case. He also said he would get my medical insurance settlement down to nothing, which didn't happen. He told me ...the case was a half a million to million dollar case and didn't get a 1/4 of that, and then he took as much from the settlement as I got. Do yourself a favor and find a better lawyer. Toms lies through his teeth, he will say anything whether it's about his 2 sets of twins or where he goes to church. This guys a hypocrite please don't have what happened to me happen to you. There are other guys out there that aren't looking to rip you off but rather represent you like you would expect them to.

I will keep this short. I STRONGLY SUGGEST AVOIDING MR. THOMAS G. REINECKE AT ALL COSTS. After a motorcycle accident in 2012, I came to Mr. Reincke as he appeared open, courteous, and extremely helpful according to personal phone calls and his website, but he soon turned into a cowardly attorne...y once his fees and costs are brought to attention. He will stop answering phone calls (he will have his many secretaries email you), he will try to do as little work as possible but take 45% of your settlement, based on his crafty designed retainer agreement, and in the end you will probably have been better off fighting the case yourself or with a more reliable attorney. I eventually settled my case 2 years later, just to avoid having to go to trial with Mr. Reinecke because for the last year of my case I felt as if it was me vs. my attorney vs. the opposing party. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY HIS CUNNING WAY WITH WORDS AND RHETORIC, ***YOU WILL SURELY BE DISAPPOINTED***. I walked away 1 year later than my first settlement offer with ONLY $66 more than if I were to have settled last year. He turned into a careless, insensitive representative of my case and my long term injuries and I am glad to finally be done with this relationship. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MR. THOMAS G. REINECKE TO MY WORST ENEMY...yes he is THAT bad.
