When Jaimi was brought onto our case it started to finally makes sense to me "the client" as she really helped clarify and walk us through many of the situations. She took time and effort to answer the numerous emails and phone calls with clarifying answers to help ease my mind. I always felt better ...once Jaimi got back to me. She really walked us through all the steps so we would fully understand what was going on and how the best way to handle thigns were. So glad it is finally all over and very happy to have worked with Jaimi!
