DUI case settled

After my and my boyfriends car accident in February 2016 our insurances and the DA was unable to secure insurance from the guy who was drunk and hit us. After hiring Attorney Clark everything changed. He and his team were able to find insurance from the party at fault and get a settlement for each of... us. It was a long process, but thankfully we can both put it all behind us.

Very professional, prompt, courteous, caring company and attorney!

I was involved in an auto accident in April 2015. I was T-boned making a left into a driveway by someone who ran a red light which then hit me into another car making a right to exit the driveway. It was very traumatic for me as I had my 1 month old son in the car on the side that got hit and air b...ags deployed. The person said he didn't see the light, that he had insurance, and profusely apologized. HOWEVER, when he gave his report he changed his story. Then everything became a mess. I had hired another attorney that was a friend's uncle who ended up adding to the mess and delay. The driver ended up not having insurance and it now seemed like the fault would be pinned on me! It was not an easy case by any means. I desperately started calling other law offices. Luckily I was referred to Bergener Mirejovsky and instantly felt like I would be in much better hands. I was very lucky that Bergener Mirejovsky was willing to take my case even though I had previously signed with another lawyer. From the beginning they were very caring, professional and prompt. They sent out a private investigator the next day to gather all the information. They took over and instantly started getting all the statements, reports, referred me to get the necessary treatment, etc. Overall the case did take a long time to process, but it was complicated and it took a while for me to heal. Through it all, the office was always responsive to all my calls, messages, and emails (unlike the prior attorney). In the end, they were able to get me a very fair settlement and most importantly they were able to help relieve me of the stress from all the nitty gritty stuff of dealing with the insurance and messy paperwork...so that I could focus on healing, caring for my family with 2 toddlers and a newborn baby, and returning to work. I have already recommended them to others and would highly recommend this company and attorney if you are ever in need of a personal injury lawyer. They are good at what they do and I always felt like they listened, and treated me with respect and caring...not just a case with dollar signs at the end. They work as a team...so while you may not directly talk to the lawyer each time you call...you do have a case manager. If I wanted to speak directly to the lawyer, I probably could have...but it wasn't always necessary. I think having the case manager was good b/c sometimes it was more of an administrative question I had...so I saw this as part of the "efficiency" of how this office was run to really maximize the time and resources for everyone to focus best on what they needed to. Thank you, thank you, thank you Bergener Mirejovksy and Clark Fielding and team!!!

Will Keep You Informed About Your Case and Answer All Your Questions

I was involved in a serious car accident on my 20th birthday on my way to dinner with a friend. After the accident, because my car was destroyed and the accident was not my fault, I was advised to contact a lawyer. I was hesitant to contact a lawyer at first because I had never been in a situation wh...ere I needed one and the last thing I was seeking was compensation for all the damages. Once I first spoke to Clark about my case I knew that I was in good hands. He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns about my case and was honest with everything I asked. He took his time in order to make sure I was compensated for my troubles and I knew that if I needed to talk to him with any concerns, he would be there to help. After 11 long months, my case has finally been resolved and I could not have asked for a better ending. Clark did such a wonderful job that I did not have the added stress of having to talk with insurance companies or about bills and these 11 months I was informed every step of the way of what was going on with the case. I feel very lucky and grateful that Clark was there to help and fight for me. Thank you Clark, I will forever be grateful.

Above and beyond!

I hired Attorney Clark after I was hit by a drunk driver. From the beginning to end of the case he was always honest, polite, and very professional. Questions and concernes were answered in a timely manner. Nothing felt rushed or pressured into doing something I didn't feel comfortable with, if I n...eeded to use his services again he would have my business and recommend family and friends in a heartbeat. I was told I would receive X amount for my case, but he went above and beyond and surpassed that number! Don't take the chance of losing out on your time and your money by hiring someone else, he knows his stuff and will fight for you.

Great attorney experience!

After someone rear ended me and totaled my car I had neck and back injuries. Attorney Clark Fielding was assigned to my case. Medical appointments were set up quickly. I was always kept in the loop regarding what was happening. If there was a problem there was always someone to figure it out on his ...staff who would call me back in a timely manner. I would use this attorney again.
