Helping Our Family Focus on What Mattered Most

My wife was involved in two separate car accidents while pregnant with our first child. Needless to say, it was an incredibly stressful and uncertain time for our family. One thing that made our situation somewhat unique is that I was very involved throughout the process. I like to understand how ...things work, ask questions, and stay informed. While that probably made us more hands on than the average client, the team at Fielding Law always took the time to answer questions, explain strategy, and help us understand what was happening behind the scenes. Like any long legal matter, there were moments where we wished we had more visibility into timelines and what was happening in the background. Looking back, however, I think a lot of that came from us wanting to understand a process that we had never gone through before. Attorney Brian Yee deserves special recognition. When he became involved, he quickly got up to speed, explained where things stood, and gave us confidence that there was a clear path forward. Through his efforts and the work of the Fielding Law team, they secured policy limit recoveries, UIM benefits, Med Pay benefits, significant reductions in medical bills, and even an additional recovery that we never expected at the beginning of the case. Most importantly, they allowed us to focus on what actually mattered: taking care of my wife, navigating a difficult pregnancy, and welcoming a healthy baby into the world without having to carry the burden of figuring out the legal process on our own. The final outcome exceeded our expectations, and we are grateful for the work that Brian and the entire Fielding Law team put into helping our family through a difficult chapter of our lives. We hope we never need a personal injury attorney again, but if we do, we would not hesitate to call Fielding Law.

Rear-ended, but they had my (bad) back every step of the way

I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Fielding Law. After being rear-ended by a driver who attempted to flee and then gave multiple false accounts to the police, I was understandably overwhelmed. Even with dash cam footage, I wasn’t sure how everything would unfold—but their team h...andled it with absolute determination. They worked tirelessly to secure the maximum possible from the insurance company and went above and beyond by negotiating my surgery-related medical bills down to almost nothing. In the end, I received far more than I ever expected. Isabel was the heart of the entire process. Her professionalism, persistence, compassion, and genuine care made a lasting impression. She consistently made me feel supported and informed, and it was clear she truly cared about the outcome—not just as a case, but as a person. Once everything was finalized, I had my funds in just two days. Fielding Law completely changed my perception of what working with a law firm can be like. Good Honest Advice

I consulted with Fielding Law on an auto accident. They were very detailed about possible outcomes and scenarios that may be involved should legal counsel be obtained. There was also a follow-up call from staff to ensure I understood what had been discussed. There was no pressure to hire them and no... unrealistic expectations offered.

Give them a call!

My sister was involved in a terrible car accident. I researched and called dozens of lawyers and Fielding law office immediately stood out. I spoke with Jared who was extremely helpful and empathetic about the situation. My family met with Clark and were impressed with his confidence and knowledge ab...out our case. The thing that stood out was they were not pushy and really had my sister’s best interest. Can’t say the same thing for other places I called unfortunately.
