Tenacious Attorney, Unparalleled Service!

Injured party in an 8 car pile up on the 405 a couple years ago. Perpetrators insurance company went M.I.A. after discovering he was a foreign national. Clark pulled out all the stops and doggedly pursued them until they settled... for SUBSTANTIALLY MORE than expected! Hire this guy! If you don't, yo...u'll be sorry.

Going to pick up my check today!

I was involved in may 28th of 2017. Originally I attempted to seek medical treatment though my sub-par insurance and never had plans of getting an attorney. After 2 and a 1/2 months of doctors appointments (more like waiting for doctors appointments), and being treated like a TERRIBLY by Allstate, I ...decided the call an attorney. Some of the other offices I called, either had no interest because it had been over 2 months since my accident, or were not willing to take my case due to the fact that my medical care (sub-par) did not show them the dollars signs they were looking for. Clark Fielding at Bergener Mirejovsky was completely different. Within a week, they had sent someone to my house as I could ride a motorcycle or drive due to the injuries, and more importantly got me into some top notch doctors facilities. I had 2 buldged disc in my neck which were limiting my range of motion and recieved 3 cortisone injections. I became discouraged when the first 2 injections did norhing for me, and being out of work made me feel hopeless. BUT, Clark fielding would assure me that he was going to take care of everything and I just needed to focus on my recovery. I even got a calo from James Bergener himself, when he heard I had been uneasy about my case. This to me showed the transparency in the office and the strive to keep the clients happy. Around 7 monthd after the accident, I recieved my 3rd cortisone neck injection. Clark had also started a negotiation process with ALLSTATE as my medical bills were souring close to $80,000 with my hopsital bill and 3 injections. Clark assured me that his record with ALLSTATE was pretty good, and I had heard all kinds of bad about ALLSTATES settlements. Would you believe that my accident was on May 28th 2017, I did not contact an attorney for another 2 and 1/2 months, yet Clark had settled my case for the full $100,000 insurance policy by late November. NO COURT! He has some serious credibility in the accident attorney world to settle my claim for $100,000 in 4 months of me obtaining him. I could not even get ALLSTATE to treat me like a human, let alone reimburse me for my loss of income. My first offer was $1000 from the ALLSTATE adjuster. Clark handled my case better than I, or any other attorney could have. Today I am on my way to go pick up my portion of the settlement $37,000 and it hasn't even been a year since my accident. But it gets better, the 3rd cortison shot did not originally show signs of working. A month after getting it, I still had very little movement of my neck. One night my neck was in a lot of pain, more than usual. When I woke up I was able to move my neck in both directions and free of pain. This tells me that the doctors I was going to see were not only working for the attorney, they were working for ME! If you are like me, not wanting to get an attorney, dealing with your injuries on your own, I PLEAD with you to get the help you need. Take care of yourself physically (let Bergener Mirejovsky's excellent resourses of doctors help you) and let Clark take care of the rest.

Exceeded Expectations!

Clark Fielding worked masterfully on my personal injury case with results that show and proved his tenacious and honest representation.
