Not accident-injury related

I was looking for advice about a loss claim that we believed had not been paid by our car insurance provider (our parked car was totaled by an intoxicated, speeding driver over three years ago). Although my concern was not accident- injury related, Fielding Law took the time to hear my story & of...fer advice for loss payment recovery. I very much appreciated that.

Integrity & Tenacity is their motto for a reason

Clark responded to my request for assistance immediately after I called him. He spent hours talking to me about the case (at no cost to me whatsoever) and truly proved his abilities as a trustworthy attorney. He is a master chess player when it comes to fighting insurance companies and his methods ge...t the most lucrative results. The coolest part of Clark’s practice is they don’t accept clients based on their ability to pay but on the validity of their case; they don’t get paid unless I get compensated from the settlement so it’s a win-win partnership. I was very pleased with their connections to medical doctors they helped coordinate for me; it’s not just 1 doctor they feed clients to, but an entire network of care providers customized to my specific injuries and no out-of-pocket cost on my part. Clark’s team (aka Clark the Shark’s “school of sharks”) is a FORCE; they know their stuff and are as professional and knowledgeable as he is. They really rescued the stress of recovering from a traumatic car accident. When accidents happen to friends and family I ALWAYS send them to this ALL-STAR TEAM.

Clark the shark!

I was in a car accident mid year last year and reached out to Fielding Law which lead me to a conversation with the head attorney Clark the Shark. Clark was super friendly in our phone conversation and eased all my worries about getting an attorney to help me pursue my claim. His team was able to qui...ckly help get my totaled car paid out, they even got me extra money in my pocket for the inconvenienced days i was without my car. They set me up with top notch doctors because my health insurance couldn't get me in immediately. Any questions I had were always answered in a timely manner by Clark and his team. Start to finish the turn around time for my case and the money I received in my pocket was very impressive. I truly felt everyone at Fielding Law was looking out for my well being. Clark has put together an incredible team.
