Excellent Representation!

Beyond expectations

I was involved in a car accident while traveling during Christmas of last year with my uber driver. Although I didn't feel too much pain at the time besides my arms banging the side doors during impact (felt like getting hit with a fast ball). My back felt the impact later that night when everything ...started to settle in. For days I tried to contact Uber to get the guys info so I would be able to get treatment and Uber would only reply with "someone will contact me after the holiday about my claim", I waited and waited until I couldn't wait any longer and finally found a lawyer from OC on-line. From the time I contacted this firm, they walked me through the whole thing until the end. I was able to get treatment right away. They were able to get all the information they needed by the little information I had about the drivers that were involved. Its hard to trust people that you don't really know or never met before but Clark and his team was able to get things done while I was getting treated and they made me feel comfortable by checking in with me to see how everything was going. My settlement about doubled my expectation. Its kind of weird to me how all this can happen without meeting someone and going over the all paper work, but Clark and his group can make it happen. If you ever get into an accident while traveling to OC area Clark and his team will be able to take care of you.

Great Attorney in Orange County

I used Clark Fielding for a car accident case. I knew that I was small in relative terms, but he treated me like I was a very important client and walked me through every step of the process. We were able to get a very good settlement from the insurance company (2-3x what I thought we would). I belie...ve that Clark's persistence and professionalism are the key reasons that I was able to get the settlement that I did. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a good attorney.
