Clark Makes Sure You Get the Settlement You Deserve

After being involved in a car accident that I contacted and hired Clark. The first thing that Clark and his team did was making sure that I saw a good doctor; and making sure that I had only the best medical treatment (even while travelling). My medical treatment was thorough; there was never any rus...h by the attorney or the doctors. Clark and his team did not only put me in contact with some of the finest pain management doctors but they also delegated for me when it came time to settle the bills. I have come to trust Clark and his team to get the job done. Clark thrives in challenging situations and will not stop delegating for you until you get what you deserve.

Phenomenal Work

I am a personal injury attorney myself and work closely with Clark. I observed what he did day in and day out and knew that he would be successful on my own claim. I was in a car accident in February with very low property damage but high impact on the 405 freeway. Being a PI attorney myself, I figur...ed I would be fine. Turns out I had an annular tear with a 3mm herniated disc in my lower back - something that I had never had before. Needless to say, Clark took care of my case. Settled it even with such minor PD and high damages. Very happy and definitely would definitely recommend him. He is one of the most hard-working, professional, and genuine people I know. Amazing work ethic and results.

New to needing a lawyer

I was recently involved in a car accident. Clark and everyone involved at this firm were incredible! When I had questions, they were there with answers. Trustworthy Attorney

I was recently rear-ended on the freeway and didn’t feel like I was getting taken seriously by the insurance company. I contacted attorney Clark Fielding at Bergener Mirejovsky to assist me.
