My children and I were involved in a auto accident involving several cars in 2014. Clark Fielding was very professional, knowledgeable and attentive to all my questions. Nothing but Grattitude! These guys are simply the BEST

When I got in a bad car accident in August of 2015 I was hurting, scared, sad about the loss of my vehicle. One call to Bergener Mirejovsky and I felt comforted and confident my case was in the best hands. The team that handeled my case (I mostly spoke with Clark, Savanah and Steve) made me feel like... they truly care about my well being, I wasn't just a number or name on a sheet of paper. I received the care I needed right away and they called to check on me frequently. No words can express the grattitude I have for the compassion this office has for their clients. My case was handled quickly and I never felt left out of the loop. My calls were always answered no matter what time of day I called, not only that but everyone in the office is friendly and you can tell they care about all their clients. I was never intimidated by any step of law process and I always felt I had a team to support me. I can not thank Bergener Mirejovsky enough!

Auto Accident

To any one who is seeking an attorney! Clark Hansen Fielding is the one. While he was handling my case, I could call him any time, and he would answer, or promptly return my calls. He always kept me informed. And when it came time to negotiate with the other at fault insurance company, as well wit...h my medical insurance company. He exceeded my expectations. Highly Commendable

I honestly recommend Clark. Unfortunately, I have been in two major car accidents in the past 3 years. After the first car accident I called the firm and the send me to the doctor within a few days. The doctors office was not far from where I live. I had to have shoulder surgery and several epidu...rals on my upper back. Afterwards, I was also sent to physical therapy. This case was settled for an impressive amount of $250,000. The second case was different. I was sent to the hospital after been hit head-on. I called the firm while I was still in the hospital. Clark and his team were able to to make sure I didn't not pay anything myself. At the end, they lowered their fee so I could have a larger settlement.

They know what there doing

It was an absolute pleasure working with the lawyers at Bergener & Associates .I called several accident law firms and none were as knowledgeable and sincere as this firm. Attorney Clark Hansen was amazing! He took the time to listen and answer any questions I had. I'm also grateful they helped me de...al with my case.
