After losing my job due to covid-19 I had no money coming in and went through my savings quickly. I found my self in serious financial trouble and was freaking out when I called Ivan's office. I spoke with his wife first and told her I was in my 8th week waiting on unemployment to pay me. She imme...diately sprung into action and that very day my EDD claim went from pending to paid!!! I met with Ivan Trahan a year ago, and informed him I was thinking of filing bankruptcy. My wages were being garnished when I went to see Ivan Trahan. His wife filled out an exemption claim form for me and mailed it before I even left their office. They didn't charge me anything for that. I'm a single mother of two so I really appreciated that. Mr. Trahan explained everything to me i...n such an easy to understand way and now we have a plan for solving all of my money problems. For the time being, he stopped the garnishment. I really appreciated that also. Now we are going to sue my creditors for calling me on my cell phone and that's not going to cost me anything either. I never would have knows I could do either of these two things had I not gone to see Mr. Trahan. I'd recommend him to anyone who is looking for a fair and competent attorney.

My house is worth half of what it used to be and I had a high interest rate second mortgage that I don't have to pay now, thanks to Ivan.
