Mr Lugo gives an appearance of kindness. Once my immigration request was placed on hold by the Embassy, he abandonned the case. During the case, he did not prepare or oversee the application. I found many mistakes and they had omiited key immigration data in the application. Once submitted, the US Im...migration sent a RFE (Request for Evidence). This RFE included copies of MArriage Termination, Intent to Marry and Evidence to have met my fiancee. All basic things that were completely missed by Mr Lugo's paralegal and Mr Lugo himself who ultimately signed the paper work. He was more expensive than others and he did a good sales job to me. He even denied that I could go with my fiancee during the intererview (which was one of the qkey questions I had).
