Excellent Family Attorney and Litigator

I went to Shauna Albright seeking help for my divorce case. The first 15 minutes were awesome because it was free and she tells you what you want to hear. I was excited I could get good representation. I gave her my retainer money. My hearing got postponed to a later date and never heard from them a...
Dear Client: thank you for expressing your concerns. I have read your review and would like to discuss this with you further in person. I and the attorney that was handling your case would like to go over all the work that has been prepared in your case with you. In the meantime, please know that my office strives to give our clients excellent representation. The attorney working on your case has dedicated several hours on your case in an attempt to resolve matters in a timely manner. Regarding the continued hearing, It is customary practice among Family Law attorneys to continue a case when the hearing date is close to the date you hire us. We explain this to our clients beforehand. We do this in an effort to give us more time to adequately prepare for your case to give you the best representation possible. This in no way negatively affects our clients' cases. Regarding any additional retainers requested, as a reminder we are very open with our clients about their cases and how much time we believe it will take to resolve all issues. As explained, clients are billed on an hourly basis. This is customary practice in Family Law. I do apologize that you felt we did nothing on your case. I am willing to personally meet with you to discuss the invoice as well as all the work that has been prepared on your case. I hope to speak with you soon and wish you the best of luck!
