I found it necessary to engage the services of Mr. Heiting after the death of my daughter due to an automobile accident. My daughter left two young adult college students, both away a college. I attempted to resolve the issues and deal with the insurance company on my own, but quickly found out the... insurance company did not want to deal with me.
