Awesome attorney

I hired Bill for a very complex and challenging custody issue I was dealing with. Bill supported me in the best possible manner he could and gave me sound legal advice. He is well respected in the court system and did an excellent job representing me in court. What I found unique about Bill besides ...his astute legal skill set, is his ability to be kind, empathetic and realistic with me allowing me to make the best choices for my situation. He also gave me realistic choices that allowed me to make fiscally prudent decisions for myself and my future.I always felt that he put my best interest first. He is always responsive to his clients and is supported by an excellent office team that truly cares about you. I would strongly recommend hiring him to manage any family law situation.

Strong confidence, experience and results!

Being hit with divorce after 20 years of marriage wanted the very best family law attorney. Mr. Bratton was recommended by two separate respected retired family law attorneys. On the other end, only 6 months later I am happily divorced thanks to William Bratton! I interviewed four others from Y...elp and AVVO in my search. I looked at reviews and California Bar number comparisons (sucess and experience) and listened closely to what they had to say. Mr. Bratton concluded my interview with "I will do my best to not make you hate each other." Truthfully, that idea wasn't on my radar but in the end he not only got everything I wanted but he also somehow managed to make good on that statement. I did not know what to expect from my x. Going in I had many unknowns how big a battle we'd have. Custody, my separate real estate assets and support. I always felt that Mr. Bratton and the staff at his office had everything under control. Calls and email questions were returned in a timely manner. I have a tendency to talk a lot. Mr. Bratton was able to address all my issues directly versus create more costs in letting me babble on. I never felt shorted or put off or left feeling like he didn't care. When I walked out of the courthouse I was so happy with the results I wanted to jump up and click my heels. No joke. He's the best! protect the assets

Worthy of your trust

From my first consultation with Bill Bratton, I knew that I was in capable hands. I appreciated his straightforwardness and humor. He put me at ease and I left his office with clear direction and confidence. Later, I realized, that he really cared about me and my future. He called me to discuss ...my case. I didn't have to keep trying to get ahold of him. All of my emails were answered. I also, really appreciate his caring and professional staff. My divorce is now over and I am happy with the outcome. Bill Bratton made a very trying time much easier with his great advice, negotiating skills and personality. I would recommend him to my closest friend.

Getting divorced sucks. Being divorced is awesome.

My divorce, like most, was very painful; emotionally draining and taking far longer than I had anticipated due to my ex's sudden reluctance to work with me to come up with a mutually agreeable decision. I had consulted several attorneys before deciding upon Bill Bratton and have never regretted that ...decision. Bill has been honest and forthright with me, helping me stay focused on my goals and not be derailed by the processes of divorce. His office staff is kind and supportive, with a steady supply of tissues if needed! Even after my divorce was finalized, Bill has been available for legal advice regarding changes to visitation and custody. Getting a divorce does indeed suck, but if it must be done, you'll want someone to guide you through it. Bill does the job wonderfully.

Best results

Bill Bratton and his legal team of professionals has been absolutely outstanding and couldn’t receive a higher recommendation from me. His office is professional, clean, comfortable, and private in both his office and conference rooms. The Bratton and Bratton law office is conveniently located in Dow...ntown Riverside. Parking is easy and within walking distance to Family Law Court, Riverside. His team is knowledgeable, always courteous, and friendly. With the unfortunate dissolution of my marriage in 2014, Bill was there every step of the way to council and represent me. His communication skills both in person and on paper are excellent, and his ability to be fair and informative in the process is second to none. He’s very thorough. He has many years of experience in the Family Law arena, is very knowledgeable, and has the confidence I depended on to get the desired results. I was very pleased with the outcome. I rehired Bill Bratton and his team again for my custody hearings in 2016. His team is absolutely fantastic. They are very personable, professional, and timely with all requests. Bill, as he did before, continued to use his great negation skills, strong analytical and advocacy skills, his high level of commitment to my case, and understood my objectives for custody. Once again I received the results I wanted and was given equal time share of my child. There’s lots of choices out there for representation, but if you’re looking for the best, Bratton & Bratton is the answer. I have witnessed Bill’s ability to stay poised, think fast, be sharp, and be aggressive when needed in the courtroom. From my observation, these are traits not characteristic of all attorneys.
